Below is a list of required documents that are needed in order for the student to complete their application:
- A copy of the student’s social security card
- A copy of the parents’ social security card, if applicable
- Parents’ and students’ completed income taxes and W2 forms from 2014
- Any other documents that show proof of income
- Total amount of money in all bank accounts
- Total amount of investments, if applicable (example; business or property that is rented)
